Marissa Burdett is a recent graduate of Westminster College (New Wilmington, PA), where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in secondary education, magna cum laude. Marissa currently holds a Pennsylvania teaching certification for grades 7-12.
Marissa is the recipient of several awards and honors from her time at Westminster College, including:
- Young Presbyterian Scholarship recipient
- Kappa Delta Sorority Pennsylvania Keystone Scholarship recipient
- Accepted to present at Susquehanna University’s Undergraduate Literary Conference
